Kumamoto Yatai Mura is a place where you can enjoy various Kumamoto delicacies.
There are 17 restaurants and antenna stores.
Among the many restaurants, we visited “Dai-chan” this time.
Kumamoto is famous for its horse sashimi. Horse sashimi is horse meat sashimi.
It is eaten raw without being cooked. The right side of the photo is horse liver sashimi and the left side is horse sashimi.
The liver sashimi has a unique taste with a little bitterness.
Horse sashimi is a refreshing lean meat.
Both go well with sake.Sake is of course Kumamoto’s local sake.
Kumamoto is also famous for its shochu.
There is a space in the stall village where you can enjoy a glass of shochu for as little as 100 yen.
It is fun to find your favorite cup.
However, the shochu you try is served straight, so be careful not to drink too much.
