Q. How will I receive my rental item ?

A. For your convenience, we will deliver your rental items to your arriving airport, accomodations or a local post office. Please present your passport at the reception counter to pick up your rental items. To make the pickup procedure easy and simple, please make sure that your name on the order matches with either the hotel reservation the name or recipient’s passport name.

 

Q. Can I pick up my item at the airport ?

A.Yes. You can pick your rental item up at the Post Office or at the designated counter in the airport (NARITA,HANEDA, KANSAI, CHUBU,CHITOSE and FUKUOKA).

 

Q. How do I return the rental item ?

A.You will be able to find mailboxes everywhere in Japan. You just have to make sure that the rental item(s) are in the return envelope that we provide (this is a prepaid envelope; you do not need any postage stamps), then drop it in the nearest mailbox. Please drop off all rental items before the security gate at any airport!

 

Q. When will my device arrive at the pickup location ?

A. A. In order to ensure a smooth and speedy pickup, we typically arrange for the devices to arrive at the pickup location approximately one day early. That way, you will be able to pick up the devices at any time on your pickup day. If you will be staying at a hotel, your devices will be available even if you need it early in the morning.

 

Billing


Q. Do you accept paypal or cash payment services ?

A.A. We only accept CREDIT CARDS (VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, Diners)
Please note that we do not accept debit cards.

 

Cancelling


Q. How do I cancel my reservation?

A.Please contact us by email ASAP to tell us that you would like to cancel your order. If the cancellation is done 5 days before the start date, you will receive a full refund.
However, if the cancellation is made within 4 days from the start date, we will refund you with a 2,000 yen cancellation fee deducted from the total amount.

 

Lost and Damage


Q. What happens if a rental item is lost, stolen or damaged?

A.Please contact us as soon as possible. We will immediately deactivate the device. You also will be responsible for the loss according to the rental agreement you agreed to at the time you ordered. . If you would like to use your travel insurance, please contact your insurance company.
